and words of wisdom.

How My Child Inspires Me
If you are a parent of a child with
Down syndrome, no matter what their age, you are invited
to submit an essay about “How
My Child Inspires Me" for possible publication on our
website. Please submit your essay (1500 words or less) along
with a photo to robinz@mhdsa.org,
or mail to MHDSA, 2121 S. Oneida Street, Suite 600, Denver, CO 80224. Don’t
forget to indicate in your email that you give your permission
for us to publish your essay and photo on our website or in
our newsletter!

Siblings, grandparents and friends are
invited to follow the guidelines above for an essay about “How
my Brother/Sister/Grandchild/Friend Inspires me.”

What I Love About My Life
If you are a self-advocate (an individual
with Down syndrome), you are invited to submit an essay about “What I Love About
My Life” for possible publication on our website. Please
indicate in your email that
we have your permission to publish your essay and photo on our
website or in our newsletter! Tell the world what you love about
your life and what makes you happy.
